REFLECTIONS

These images which are formed by layers create various space perceptions with internal dimensioning. Even though this work is directly installed to eyes, it creates another perception of space within the small dimension and activates the body. While what is installed directly to eyes refers to the mind, the motive for seeing the work from different angles enables to perceive the space through the body. In the image world, these space setups match familiar spaces which are part of viewers’ memory and lives although these space setups present a new space experience to the viewers. This work necessitates to see/experience two different paradigms in a combined way.
